Daniel Forrester

Daniel was born in Memphis, but moved around a lot before eventually settling in Ames, Iowa. Daniel entered the tattoo industry in 2005 and traveled across the country in search of knowledge and mentorship. Throughout his travels he worked in Iowa, Pennsylvania, and California.
In 2012, Daniel returned to Ames with passion and a dream to make a positive impact on the community. In May of 2013, he founded Inkblot Studio as a one-man painting and tattooing studio. He spent the next years building his clientele and the reputation of the studio as a go to space for community and art.
